Geometric Blue

Lately, I find myself wearing colors of the blue family quite often. The fact that the latest Pantone Color of The Year is a shade of (dazzling) blue makes me feel quite on trend! And let me tell you, I do feel pretty "dazzling" in my blues! 

With this look, I really wanted to play with the shapes of the sweater and the skort. The whole look has a certain geometric vibe, one that I had to play with, triangles on the sweater and triangular shaped skirt! Plus, I needed something that would be comfortable to walk around in, for long hours. 

Something that i've noticed about myself, is that I naturally gravitate towards pairing oxford shirts under my sweaters, my habitual "prepster." I don't mind it because it sort of helps me understand my own style and because I think in layers. Also, by the end of the day I realized my hair was doing this Eraserhead thing. Ehh, it looks cool to me!
