It's the day after Thanksgiving, you're probably feeling bloated, tired, all talked out, excited or maybe even a mixture of all!  But wait, you can't go to bed just yet, you have to get in your car and drive to your nearest plaza to stand in that long line to the electronics store to buy the next latest, hot piece of technology. Black friday is here! Although it's totally not me, I would much rather enjoy my night digesting the feast and spending time with family rather than freezing my butt off, especially now that many retailers have smartened up and extended their Black Friday sales throughout the weekend. I've rounded up three of my favorite local Philadelphia stores and their awesome sales this weekend. Supporting small businesses is my favorite way to go, and no need to rush in line! 

Art In The Age, a culturally quirky store in the historic district of Philly (Old City). AITA always features a beautiful installation by a local artist, the most recent being an industrial designer with cool shaped, wooden cutting boards and tables. The store is set up in a way that every nook and cranny will catch your eye, visually intrinsic merchandising always grabs my attention, it's the artist in me! AITA features USA made products like denim, outerwear, and jewelry, but my absolute favorite products are their handcrafted soaps, they all smell and feel like heaven! For this weekend, AITA is offering $20 off on denim, in store(11/29), 20% off the entire store for Saturday(11/30) and for Cyber Monday, 15% off site wide with code, "MONDAYFUNDAY"

South Moon Under, a growing chain store that features chic curated pieces by Free People, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Levi's, Rebecca Minkoff and many more from street wear to formal occasions. SMU is my destination for great jeans, and cool boho frocks, where else am I going to find J Brand jeans at discounted prices?! Luckily, they have their sale extended throughout the weekend, for all you late shoppers, 25% off all sale merchandise and 20% off of orders over $150, with code "HOLIDAY20" until the 8th. 

One of my absolute favorite places to shop, mostly because it's filled with pretty little underthings, Hope Chest, in Philadelphia!
