I'm a huge fan of music, it's in our everyday life. From the moment you wake up to the second you close your eyes to sleep, there's always a tapping, chiming, rapping or a banging that adds to the soundtrack of our lives. Music is inspiring, motivating and adds to the mood of many moments in life that's why I was never into school dances... the wrong music choices were always chosen. When it comes to doing my cardio sessions at the gym, I always make sure I've got the right amount of BPMs (Beats Per Minute) to keep my heart rate going.

As I'm doing my cardio, I like to feel as though the music is pulsing through me! Let's admit it, no one truly enjoys doing cardio, but it's a must if you want to tone your body down and good music certainly helps you push yourself that extra mile!
Here's a peak into my cardio playlist....
- Hilarity Duff- Kaytranada
- Free Things In Life- Kaytranada
- She Yells- Sango
- You- Gold Panda
- Vanilla Minus- Gold Panda
- My Chippy- Flying Lotus
- Zodiac Shit- Flying Lotus
- What You Like- Atu
- Beat For- Jamie xx
- Dance In Dark- Proxy
- 3rd Complex- Nosaj Thing
- Fist of God- MSTRKRFT
- Fruitful- Sango
- Green Tea Power- Flyamsam
- Bloom- Dpat
- Show Me Love- Steve Angello
- Close To Me- Benny Benassi
- Hustler- Simian Mobile Disco
- Seraphim- Simian Mobile Disco
- Could You Want Me- Kastle
My song choices range from the lyric less to vocalized beats, mainstream to completely unknown. One thing is for sure, they all have a BPM from 120- 150 which really helps me get moving! The faster the beat, the faster I seem to run, the slower and I'm more concentrated on the movement. Completing cardio is a bit more fun when your sweating it out to the tunes of your enjoyment. Dear readers, I'd love to know what get's you through your cardio sessions.
