That Trepidation

Sometimes facing our demons can be a difficult thing but so many of us allow our fears to rob us of our happiness or worse, stop us from achieving our dreams. A wise person once told me to let go of that feeling and just live your life the way it's meant to be lived without trepidation. I've made up my mind to push forward no matter what gets in the way because playing it safe and trying to avoid failures is not really logical. I've listed a few of my favorite ways to get over my fears. Sometimes, making a list helps me focus on the bigger things at hand! 



1) Think positive. It might sound silly how obvious this tip is but it really helps to think with optimism because rather than expecting the worse, your successes will be even more achievable. 

2) Have some courage. Don't be afraid that something fearful might happen, that's life and the only way you get stronger is by facing it. 

3) Be inspired. Think of the people that inspire you to be extraordinary and develop a path to your own greatness! 
4) Dream big. Don't settle for average, take risks and step into your power! 


Hopefully my list has helped in some way because I too, get stuck in a pattern of worry and negativity. It really helps to sit down and write what makes you, you! How we handle our fears will determine where we go with the rest of our lives. You either choose to experience it with adventure or be limited by the fear of it.
