In Philadelphia, the morning was chilly, the skies were a mundane grey and birds had yet to chirp. All of that changed as soon as the tarp was removed, and the sticker that covered the bold helvetica text was lifted and revealed... Forever 21! Forever 21 opened it's first free standing store in Philadelphia, on 1708 Chestnut Street and the city was changed "forever!"
The soft opening that invited the media for a private preview included a breakfast to fill us up before the tour of the new store. It was a fun meet and greet before the real excitement ensued! The new store location is about 18, 055 square feet spread across two floors. The store is split up by current trends to offer the avid shopper many different options. One can get lost in the many selections to choose from, there's a minimalist muse section, bohemian babe, music festival lover, rebellious diva, college prepster, the fashionistos(men) and Forever21+.
Forever21 has expanded it's self since it's humble beginnings in the 80s to over 45 countries. With that kind of expansion you know this company is doing something right. A popular choice for style mavens everywhere, new merchandise daily and a great value to consumers is sure to make you understand it's popularity. Philadelphia's Center City was in need of this retailer to help the women and men of Philadelphia make easy high- low wardrobes. With stores like Burberry, Club Monaco, Theory, Vince, Madewell, and Intermix in the vicinity it wasn't quite easy to afford great looking ensembles. Forever21 is here to help you!
I'll admit, when I shop for clothes I like to buy the timeless pieces that never go out of style that way i'm building on my wardrobe but sometimes a trendy item catches your eye! If that trendy piece you bought from F21 doesn't get too much wear there's no sweat to it because it doesn't have the price tag of a Theory silk blouse. Dear readers, do you shop at Forever21? What do you love about this retailer?
I'm wearing my acid washed high-waist jeans from forever 21 as I type. Hahaha
ReplyDeleteTheir store has lots of styles to choose from (I love that!) but I like to take my time to find things I'll really love and actually wear. Congrats on having a Forever 21 near you! :))

I agree with you, I only buy some trendy pieces I know I won't be wearing the next season. And jewelry.... And shoes... :P
