The saying goes, "You are what you eat," it's a statement that stretches beyond nutrition and into the world of beauty. It's well known that certain foods can change your figure, but do you know that certain foods can also alter your skin's condition? Things like inflamed skin, acne, pimples and even premature aging can be caused by imbalanced hormones due to poor choices in food. Rather than spending thousands on products to topically improve our skin and hair, I try to eat better and healthier to improve my complexion and health. Fortunately the dermatologists and associates of Ogle School have put together a fun infographic that portrays the foods to consume and the ones to avoid for a much easier way to do your next grocery shopping because beauty never rests.

After checking out this infographic, I can already see what I want to adjust in my diet. While I can't say that i would completely obliterate my dairy consumption, a little less may be better. It's a a lot better and easier to consume the "right" foods than to consume a ton of pills for your nutrition, in the meantime try this out for a major "beauty blast!"
