Have you ever picked out the perfect outfit just to stand in front of the mirror, and feel completely underwhelmed? Is something missing from your costume, or do you think there’s something that could be changed or added? In most cases, it’s probably your lack of accessories that ultimately makes you look at yourself in shame. It doesn’t take much time to pick out some accessories, but it can get annoying storing several different types of rings, necklaces and earrings to pick for the right occasion. Getting dressed in the morning is already hard enough, then to add other embellishments to the outfit can feel daunting. I've sorted out ways simplify things. Accessories that you can wear with pretty much any outfit at any time of the day is key. It’ll help make dressing up in the morning a little easier, and less to worry about.
Rings are easy to wear, can range from cheap to expensive, and can cover a variety of different occasions. Diamond engagement rings are beautiful pieces to wear especially when you’ve been recently engaged, and wedding rings follow the same kind of idea. However, if you do not wear a wedding or engagement ring for one reason or another, there are other fancy ring options that you can wear. Keep in mind that dressier rings aren’t made to last a lifetime like engagement and wedding rings are. They’re made from softer materials which means that they’re more likely to sustain damage should you drop or misplace them. It's also much more fun to stack your rings together for a whole new look!
Not only are watches practical, they're also stunning wrist accessory. If you’re after a more modern look, then consider getting a smartwatch, this option is trendy because not only do they look futuristic and sleek, they also have a lot of features such as being able to play music, record notes and even answer phone calls. The smartwatch is a practical and stylish piece to wear, and there’s little more you could ask for when picking out an outfit. However, if you prefer something more classical or traditional, then look out for a watch that’s on sale and pick something you would love the look of like a round face analog watch. My way of choosing one is by selecting the one that will compliment your outfit without standing out too much. You don’t want it to take away from the rest of your outfit unless the theme of your look is to let the accessories stand out on their own.
Earrings can sometimes be a little complicated, from clip ons to ear wraps which one is a girl to choose!? Studs, on the other hand, are much smaller, simpler, easier to wear and come in many different styles. If you’re after a simple pair of earrings to wear with everything in your wardrobe then try a classic pair of studs. They don’t dangle around or get caught in your hair, meaning you can leave them in without having to worry about them getting caught or lost(aka what I do). With so many choices and designs, you’ll be hard pressed to find something easier and more convenient to wear that will give your outfit a charming boost. You can even wear studs as part of a multiple-earring trend that is growing in popularity.
There you have it: three versatile accessories that you can wear with virtually anything. Of course there are many other choices, but these three are the easiest and my favorite accessories to mix and match multiple times, for many compliments! Dear readers, how do you accessorize?
